Unfair Competition

The Company consults and protects the interests of its clients in court proceedings connected with the unfair competition in the form of the illegal usage of:

the marks for goods and services and brand names;

the promotional materials;

the package of the goods;

the goods of the other producers;

the comparative advertisement.

The Company proposes the recommendations in terms of the protection of the business interests of the clients in case of unfair competition. For the purpose of the competent and effective legal support and protection, the Company entered into the close cooperation with the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine and its regional subdivisions.
