Intellectual Property

The lawyers of the International Law Company advise on acquisition, sale and disposition of the intellectual property objects and represent the Ukrainian and Russian publishing companies and mass media, companies in the filed of show-business, sound recording and telecommunications, famous authors and performers.

The activity of the Company includes:

• the registration and protection of the trade marks;
• the registration and protection of the copyrights and neighboring rights from their illegal enjoyment;
• the preparation of the claims, pre-trial procedures of the dispute settlement;
• the elaboration, adjustment and follow-up of the copyright and license agreements regarding the use of different intellectual property rights, commercial concession (franchising) agreements and the accompanying documents.

To ensure the fullest protection of the rights of the clients, the Company closely cooperates with the State Department of the Intellectual Property of Ukraine and competent patent agents who specialize in the field of protection of the industrial property objects (trade marks, inventions, useful models).
