Ecology and Environmental Protection

The activity of the Company in this field includes the aspects as follows:

• advising regarding the carrying out of the public activity under the applicable ecological laws of Ukraine;
• the preparation of the legal opinions which characterize the peculiarities of the ecological laws of the other countries;
• the mediation in the course of the negotiations of the clients with the public authorities of Ukraine that regulate and control the activity in this area;
• the participation in the elaboration of the standard acts;
• assisting the companies which suffer different sanctions due to the violation of the ecological laws, including the schemes on decrease and elimination of the sanctions;
• the preparation of the agreements between the Ukrainian and foreign clients, which operate in the field of ecology with the full compliance of the applicable ecological laws of Ukraine.
