The International Auditing Company is the company which unites the experienced auditors and accountants with the expertise in the field of audit and accounting, taxation, have practical experience in such fields as commerce, construction, transport, different types of services.
The work in the Company is based on the knowledge of the practice of the company, methodology of the accountancy, taxation system of Ukraine, international standards of the accountancy.
The auditors pay much attention to obtaining special knowledge, practical skills, and advancement of the professional knowledge on the whole, which enables to solve the issues of the clients on a timely basis and with the relevant responsibility.
The practical activity of the Company includes, but not limited to, the directions as follows:
Validity check of the financial statements accuracy
The experts of the Company ensure the quality validity check of the financial statements, validity and expediency of carrying out of the economic transactions, estimate the accountancy system, preparation and confirmation of the liquidation balance sheet. Using the system of methods and ways of estimation of the financial statements as well as a clear presentation of the assets and liabilities in full.
The estimate of the financial state of the company
The auditors perform the reasonable estimation of the financial independence and financial stability of the companies, forecast its financial perspective, advise in terms of the advancement and improvement of the use of the financial, material and labour resources of the company. The experts of the auditing company also plan and perform the economic analysis of the indices of the economic activity, define the influence of the external factors on raising the level of the financial independence of the company.
Taxation laws and tax accounting
The Company advises on taxation of the individuals and legal entities of Ukraine, both residents and non-residents. In case the complicated issues arise, the Company attracts the highly-qualified lawyers, specialists in the area of accountancy and other areas of the activity as well as the competent employees of the taxation services. The auditors advise and practically assist in organizing the tax accounting.
Securities
The auditors of the Company render services on a wide range of issues, related to the issuance, operation and sale of the securities. In accordance with the requirements of the Securities and Stock Market State Commission, the independent auditors of the Company may confirm the completeness and accuracy of the financial statements of the joint-stock companies and enterprises which are the issuers of the bonds, and draw the opinion on actual financial state of the company on the basis of these data.
The express-audit of the balance sheet and financial state of the company
The relationships among the companies in the market conditions determine the necessity of the operative obtaining of the information on the financial state of the partners (counteragents). The auditors of the Company ensure the express-audit of the informational and accounting details of the partners in order to estimate their financial state and draw the opinion regarding the reliability of the agreements (contracts).
Currency operations
The specialists of the Company advise on the registration, estimation and record of the currency operations, the effectiveness of the use of the funds, acceleration of the turnover of the funds in the condition of the unstable national currency.
Reconstruction and maintenance of the accounting records
The experts of the Company, if the client wishes, carry the related works as follows: the restoration of the accounting records or putting it in compliance with the applicable laws as well as the maintenance of the accounting records of the customer (client).
