The national and foreign laws envisage the variety of the forms of incorporation, the establishment of which aims at springing, strengthening, advancing and increasing of the private capital.

It is much more difficult to pay attention of the “private capital” owners to the unification of the “sublime goal” that strengthens the citizens and legal entities due to a common idea of prosperity of the society on the whole and in some cases it results in solidarity of more than one society.

Considering the importance of the cooperation between Ukraine and Georgia as well as common values, shared by these countries, and taking into account the desire to establish the close ties based on their existing historical relations, the International Law Company LLC decided to be the founder of the International Association on Ukrainian and Georgian Cooperation in the Area of Foreign Investment.

The purpose of this organization includes such fields of activity as:

• promoting the improvement of the social, economic, political conditions, which influence the business activity and foreign investments in the economy of the cooperating countries, as well as the conditions in such areas as the establishment of new companies, employment, provision of services and capital flow;
• promoting the maintenance of the economic relations between the companies of the countries, the foundation and operation of the joint enterprises, the establishment of the intergovernmental industrial structures and transnational companies, as well as the joint investing and corporatization of the objects of the mutual economic interest;
• providing the information exchange regarding the regulatory documents accepted for the foreign economic activity and foreign investments problems;
• promoting the democratization in the process of reforming the economies of the states in the course of their transmission to the market relations;
• permanent study and analysis of the state of different branches of economy of Ukraine and Georgia;
• compilation of data of the international organizations, associations of citizens, economic entities, the purpose of which is the promotion of the Ukrainian and Georgian market entry by the foreign countries;
• search for the potential partners among Ukrainian and Georgian companies.

The basis for the actuality and expediency of such Association, in our opinion, is the complicated way of entry of the companies to the foreign market, especially when it is about the economies of the developing countries. The associations of the representatives of the Ukrainian and Georgian companies may be of assistance: finding the reliable and safe potential partners for sharing the business and ensuring the legal guarantees of the safety of such cooperation, and, accordingly, the attraction of the capital i.e. foreign investments.

Taking into consideration the obligations of the members of the International Association on Ukrainian and Georgian Cooperation in the Area of Foreign Investment to implement all provisions contained in the Charter of this organization, and having the profound assumption of the importance of the regional cooperation with the countries involved in the foreign investments, the members of the Association intend to follow the chosen path and extend their partnership.
