• Arbitration (court) dispute settlement:
• representation of the clients in the economic courts of Ukraine on economic
  disputes and other cases related to the entrepreneurial activity;
• providing the client with the preliminary estimate of the court potential
  opportunities of dispute settlement, preparation of the required documents, etc;
• representation of the clients in terms of the preliminary case hearing, the court
  sessions and at the stage of the court decision enforcement;
• representation of the clients in the tax disputes with the tax authorities on VAT
  recovery remitted to the budget, and representation of the clients during the
  appeal of the tax audit reports, invalidation of the tax reports of the tax
  authorities of Ukraine, etc.
• Enforcement proceedings:
• representation of the clients in the enforcement proceedings both as a recoverer
  and a debtor having under control the course of the enforcement proceedings and
  full compliance with the applicable laws of Ukraine.
• Transactions with real estate, land, construction:
• advising on real estate transactions, including the verification of the documents,
  legal status, preparation of the agreements and other documents as well as the
  settlement of the disputes which arise from the violation of the obligations in
  respect of such transactions;
• representation of the clients in the course of investing in the real estate objects in
  the process of defining the ways of real estate acquisition (through the direct
  purchase and acquisition of the interests in the authorized capital of the seller);
• has an extensive experience in the settlement of the disputes arising from the
  breach of the investment agreements and due to the non-performance or undue
  performance of the investment obligations.
